I arrived at Narita Airport on Oct 3rd,2006.As time passed by, I got more experience of this country. Now let me tell you...

• Modern Japan

Japan is a developed country.The picture above is the night scene of Shinjuku, one of the most prosperous area in Tokyo. Japan has so many world-famous brand like SONY , Panasonic ,HITACHI,Mitshbishi,Canon and so on, which contribute a lot to the economic growth of Japan. In Japan, it is quite common to see vending machine alone the road. Hence Buying drinks and food is very convenient. What's more, Tokyo has become one of the most fashionable city in the world compared with Paris, London.Almost all the world-brand has entered into Japan and has their Flagship Shop here.

• Natural Japan

Mountains ,hills and forests cover two thirds of Japan .While residential and industrial areas account for less than ten percent of land area. Japanese people has special emotion towards nature.They think all the food we have now is nature's favor to human beings.They respect nature and care every part of it. As statistics show, the forest cover rate of Japan is the highest in the world even though the land of Japan is quite limited.

• Crowded Japan

Japan has a population of 127 million and the majority of the people live in the big city like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto. I still remember the first day I arrived at Shinjuku Railway Station.What I saw really shocked me.Two guys were entering the railway ,When the door was closing, they were stuck and screamed out.Several seconds later ,the worker pushed the men hard to make them in .This situation lasted for 5 minutes.Wow,I sighed.What a crowed city!

• Safe Japan

One day ,I went back from supermarket and found a very rare phenomenon that will never happen in my country.Some primary school student went home by themselves(picture above).I guess they may be 10 years old. This may show the independence of Japanese kids .What's more important, it tells that Japan is safe.Everybody here obeys the traffic rules. In PARCO(a supermarket near UEC), people can pay for goods by visa card without signature.

Generally speaking ,I enjoy my life in Japan.
